In ancient times and in other cultures, human beings have devised other numbering systems, here we present some of them. After understanding how the three systems (plus the computer binary system) of numbering work, try to play by putting a certain amount of sheep in the space on the cardboard hand (How many are there?) and use magnetic cards with number symbols to indicate the corresponding number in the different numbering today;<\/li><li>sense that each culture has made different choices all directed toward the same end (the desire to make counts) and that each choice is to be considered shareable, so as to raise awareness of respect for the other;<\/li><li>Understand that mathematics is not a static discipline, but one that is constantly evolving;<\/li><li>To perceive that mathematics was made by man for
